Returns and Exchanges

Returns are not accepted on custom orders, COM, COL, OR Made to order items.

Proof of purchase is required to issue a refund, credit or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of tender, or in the form of shop credit, at the Seller’s discretion. ○ Returns are not accepted after 15 days of receipt of merchandise. In the case of delayed deliveries due to special circumstances, return policy may alter at the discretion  of Seller○ After 48 hours from time of purchase, all orders returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Delivery or Shipping Fees are non-refundable on all returns or exchanges once the service is rendered and accepted by the customer.  Special order items and items with custom modifications are non-refundable


Shipping

Shipping:

-Shipping cost is not included but can be quoted from Ebb and Flow warehouse  in North Carolina -Client must pay for all shipping costs and fees. Final shipping cost will be provided once the pieces is weighted by the the Shipping company. White Glove Delivery Service (final mile) available Upon Request and can be added to your quote. Upon completion, the piece(s) will not be delivered until the balance has been paid in full. The balance must be paid within a week of notification, even if Buyer is not prepared to accept delivery. Seller is happy to hold the piece(s) for up to a week free of charge. Afterward Buyer is subject to possible storage fees.

It is Buyer’s responsibility to inspect the piece(s) at the time of delivery. If there is anything incorrect or the piece has been damaged during shipping, this is the only time Buyer will be able to point these issues out.  Once the piece(s) has been delivered and accepted there is far less Seller can do to accommodate alterations or fixes without additional charges. Please denote any damage on the BOL or invoice at time of delivery and reject delivery in necessary cases.


Product Care and Materials

Warranty:

-Our products come with a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use and service

-Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, exposure to chemicals

or liquids, accidents, or any use for which the product was not designed.

Material Specifications:

-All of our materials are variable and subject to change. Each of our products is unique and is subject to variation in color, characterization, species, texture etc. Because each piece is unique, please review other examples of our work to confirm you are comfortable with the potential variation.

Product Care (indoor finished laquer)

*Excludes all outdoor, clear matte or unfinished products.

Wood products finished with Sherwin Wiliams Sher-wood LOW VOC laquer or natural teak oil, they can last indefinitely and acquire beautiful patina if main­tained properly.

DAILY MAINTENANCE
Wipe dust regularly with soft dry or slightly damp cloth (microfiber, Swiffer).
Wipe any spills immediately. Use neutral soap solution and soft cloth to remove stubborn marks. Dry the surface with towels. Do not air dry.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heat source, moisture and polluted air. Do not leave objects on the furniture that is sunlit for a long time as surface will fade around them unevenly.
Always use coasters or placemats with wet glasses, plastic or rubber containers, hot plates.
We recommend to use furniture polish,  natural bee wax.  If you have to use furniture polish for a quick shine, choose the kind that is meant for POLY lacquered. Always test cleaners in inconspicuous area and apply with grain direction.
